Rincon Roosevelt

is a sustainable, transit-oriented mixed-use development located within Carlsbad Village just steps to the Carlsbad Village train station, restaurants, shopping and world class beaches. The project features 33 for sale condominium units and approximately 3,500 square feet of ground floor retail space in one four story building located at 2747 – 2775 Roosevelt Street.  Parking will be provided for all residential units on the ground floor, including electric vehicle charging stations.  The project replaces an existing real estate office, parking lot, and 8 studio apartment units.  The project includes 5 or more units of affordable housing for low and very low-income households.   

The project is compliant with the City of Carlsbad General Plan and the Village and Barrio Master Plan, both of which designate this site for mixed-use development.
